Travel Itinerary

This morning, we travel along the McDonald-Cartier Freeway eastbound to the majestic Thousand Islands in St. Lawrence River National Park.  There, we board the 1-hour scenic cruise ($).  During the boat tour, you will be amazed by the world’s shortest international bridge, summer cottages of the rich & famous, as well as many other picturesque islands.

Later, we head to Montreal is the world’s second-largest French-speaking city, to explore its oldest district. Known as the "Little Paris of North America," Montreal seamlessly blends ancient European culture with modernity.  Everywhere you look, from the grand cathedrals to the old European-style buildings and modern skyscrapers, you'll find the deep-rooted influence of French culture in this second-largest city of Canada.

Old Port is a place full of charm and vitality - a unique tourist attraction that brings together history and culture. Board the Montreal Ferris Wheel La Grande Roue ($) for a spectacular view of the Montreal downtown skyline and the Helen Island.

After checking into hotel, you can freely explore the beauty of this city at night.

Today, we drive along the picturesque Quebec countryside and head to a traditional sugar shack in eastern Quebec, where we will savor a traditional lunch ($) prepared with fresh farm produce and maple syrup.  You will be amazed by the beautiful scenery of the autumn foliage where you may pick up the inspirations of nature loving artists.  (*$6 Sugar shack entrance fee, includes Maple taffy snack).

After, we will visit the Copper Art workshop ($) in Quebec, where you'll explore the traditional craftsmanship of Quebec alongside skilled artisans.  Follow your guide to appreciate the exquisite copper sculptures and experience the unique charm of cultural heritage and historical continuity. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to create personalized copper souvenirs under professional guidance, making for truly unique Quebecois mementos!

Next, proceed to one of Quebec's three major cathedrals, the Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre Basilica (requires donation as per church regulations). The towering twin spires, grand arches, and graceful vertical lines of the basilica's facade give it a particularly imposing presence. Its intricately designed interior features stunning Gothic-style-stained glass windows, with the statue of Saint Anne at the top cast in pure gold, of extraordinary value.

Later, we continue to Quebec City.  There, you will explore the Old Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its well-preserved ancient city walls, Château Frontenac, the Provincial Parliament Building, the St. Lawrence River, and the picturesque 17th and 18th-century European-style architecture. Once inside the old city, you can leisurely enjoy your time exploring the Upper Town and Lower Town, wandering through cobblestone streets lined with crafty shops.  In every corner of this ancient city with over 400 years of history, there are places worth exploring and discovering surprises!

Stay at hotel in Quebec for the night.

Departing Quebec City in the morning, we head to the Laurentian Mountains Treetop Walk ($) .  Located in the heart of the Mont Tremblant, this new eco-tourist attraction is suitable for families and nature lovers.  Elevated walkways and huge timber structures blend in perfectly with the surroundings to provide you with a unique nature experience.  Surrounded by the beautiful mountain chain, you may immersive yourself in the nature, and endless woodland which connecting the horizon unfolded upon your presence.

Later, journey to the picturesque Mont Tremblant Village, brimming with French charm. The colorful French-style buildings against the backdrop of mountains and water create a stunning vista. The village is a hub of restaurants, bars, galleries, handicrafts, attracting thousands of visitors annually to revel in its lively French ambiance.  Within Mont Tremblant Village lies a crystal-clear lake called Lac Tremblant, where visitors can enjoy a Lac Tremblant boat tour ($, subject to seasonal availability).

After checking in the hotel in the evening, feel free to explore various leisure activities offered within the village (* tickets may purchase at local activity center).  Luge, cable car ride, and Tonga Lumina Mont Tremblant are among some of the most popular activities.  *Comfortable walking shoes is recommended; open based on weather and seasonality.

We leave Mont Tremblant, and make a visit to Ottawa Rideau Hall, the official residence and office of the Governor General of Canada since 1867.  The Rideau Hall is a typical example of Victorian architecture which build in 1838.

Then, we enjoy a special summer performance at Parliament Hill - "Canada On The March" presented by the Canadian military band. This program is known for its traditional charm, and diverse elements.   Though its scheduling depends on weather conditions. In case of special circumstances or weather issues, will be replaced with the Canadian Museum of History ($). Explore permanent exhibitions showcasing 20,000 years of human history in North America, tracing Canada's past and present civilizations, The museum boasts North America's largest indoor Indigenous exhibition hall, the world's tallest totem pole, and lifelike reconstructions of ancient Indigenous figures, among other exhibits.
