Montreal is the world’s second-largest French-speaking city, to explore its oldest district. This morning, we make a memorable visit to St. Joseph Oratory (charity donation required). Then we visit the Bio Dome ($) in Olympic Park. It is a fascinating indoor nature replica of various eco-systems including tropical rainforest, North American Laurentian maple forest, Gulf of St. Lawrence, and sub-Antarctic islands. It’s a place you don’t want to miss while you are in Montreal.
The afternoon begins with a visit to an old-world sugar shack that is reminiscent of pioneer life back in the days. A traditional lunch ($) is prepared with fresh produce picked from local farms. (*Sugar shack is subject to $6 entrance fee, includes Maple taffy snack).
Later, we arrive at the Old Quebec City. Old Quebec was the center of New France before the British victory in 1759. Today, it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy your free time of walking on the cobblestone streets, visiting charming boutiques, cafes and centuries-old buildings. The iconic Chateau Frontenac and boardwalk overlooking the St. Lawrence River is a must to visit.

Next, we travel through Quebec’s picturesque countryside to a traditional sugar shack for a delicious farm-fresh lunch ($) featuring maple syrup. Enjoy the stunning autumn foliage and the *$6 entrance fee, which includes a maple taffy treat.
In the afternoon, we arrive in Old Quebec City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take in panoramic views of the city and the St. Lawrence River at the Capital Observatory ($), then enjoy free time exploring its charming shops, cafés, and historic streets.
